A hybrid office set up is likely what we see most of moving forward. This set up is advantageous especially for innovative teams that need to both collaborate on new ideas and go heads down on execution. A hybrid model also allows employees to feel more work life balance but also come into get the social and collaborative benefits of working with colleagues face to face. Finally, this model can help the company’s bottom line by cutting office space expense. Many CEO’s I’ve talked to are cutting their office footprint by 50% or more.
