If you've done the work to even have an opinion, holding your opinion without acting on it is lost opportunity.
If you're doing the work, but not taking action, you are standing on the sidelines of life. You are not in the arena where things count.
This means you have to bet. You have to stake something and face the prospect of being wrong. Accept this. This is called having skin in the game and its the difference between being a hero and being a charlatan.
Worse, if you express an opinion with nothing at stake, and someone else is hurt by your opinion, you bear responsibility.
That's a heavy weight that should make you think twice about playing fast and loose with your opinions.
